Run away kids

These two little rascals bolted out the door the other day (without telling me).  I watched them exit the house.  Porter opened the garage, and Max followed.  I wasn’t sure what they were going to do.  Then I realized it snowed last night.  Porter already had the shovel out and Max kept touching the snow with his pointer finger.  He didn’t know if he liked it or not.
Maybe next time they can both dress for the snow.

He has still got it.

He still has it folks.  Barry can still ride his unicycle...who knew I was going to marry such a performer.  Who knew????

And let's not leave out Max...here he is.

Trip to St. George

I took the kids to St. George.  We needed some sun and some Hallam time.

MANDY AND I TOOK THE KIDS ON A HIKE.  THEY LOVED IT.  KAMAILE AND PORTER FOUND ROPES.  THEY EACH TIED ONE AROUND THEM AND THEN THEY HAD ONE THAT CONNECTED THEM TOGETHER.  THEY PULLED EACH OTHER UP THE MOUNTAIN.  VERY FUNNY AND CUTE.

MAX LOVES THEIR NEW DOG.

Mandy signed up the kids for a bike race.  They had a lot of fun!

Porter was hoping to win, but realized he wasn't going to.  So he would count how many people were behind him.  Then he told me that he had 3 people behind him.

They each got a t-shirt, a toy and a meddle.

This is what Max did.  Ate the free ice cream or should I say played with the ice cream.

Porter, Kamaile, and Gracie.  As you can see Gracie was just so excited!....and so were the other two.

ALWAYS opening cupboards and dumping out things.  Today was popcorn...lovely spread throughout the kitchen!

Tic-tac battle

What happens when you put a tic-tac up your nose?  It begins to dissolve. It BURNS really bad.  A rash will begin to cover your eye and you will start to cry.

This happened to our sweet Porter.  His friend told him to put it up his nose.  So he did. We couldn't get it out for a while.  But then came a good sneeze and a quick blow of the nose; and whala, out came the dissolved tic-tac
