REAL Soccer Game

Porter and his team got to play at the Real Soccer game.  They were the half time entertainment.  It was great!  Porter is in the yellow jersey in the right bottom corner. They had a lot fun.

ALL the soccer kids got to come out on the field before the game started too. After that we went to our seats, got some treats and it was right back to the field to play his game.

Well, while we were waiting for the kids to get on the field, some management asked a few of us moms to participate in the 50 yard dash.  So, us moms lovingly watched our soccer boys from a distance as we ran the 50 yard race to get a prize (I just couldn't pass up a chance to win a prize).

Today was day 2 working on the garden boxes, we (mainly Barry and Porter) took out the grass and fit them into their places.  Porter worked his little tail off! Max just loved all the dirt.

Max was in love with his new "sand box."

Max has been walking around with this straw.  He blows in it and it makes a whistle sound.  He also loves bringing me shoes (or shoe) to put on his feet.

He loves putting on hats.  Our little cowboy!

Max wanted NOTHING to do with the blow up slides.  He sat on these couches and would not move.  

Porter's thoughts

Porter said to me, " Mom, you are a lazy mom."
"Really?"
"Ya mom, do you want to know why you are lazy?"
"Yes."
"Because you don't ever buy me fruit roll-ups or fruit snacks. Do you want to be a cool mom?"
"Nope."

Now it is time to tell him what lazy means.
